Since the John Harrison project was eliminated from the Global Learning Xprize, there is an opportunity for one of the semifinalist teams to incorporate our technicality (Swahili speech recognition, speech synthesis, ocr, offline Wikipedia, etc. see my video) into their solutions.
Due to the unreasonably tight deadlines set by the XPRIZE foundation, you will need to privately message me this weekend (through the forum) if you are interested.
I want to emphasis that I am only going to consider proposals where I would get a substantial portion of the prize money as compensation for my contribution.
Finally, I want to emphasise that my project is not an open source project and that I have no intention of making any components available as open source unless my solution is incorporated into a finalist solution (and I receive a significant portion of the prize money as mentioned above).
